Dynede Lab does not approve a design for a regulated or safety-critical application unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.

Customer-supplied files and designs

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use and provide any CAD files, designs, photographs, measurements, or other materials submitted to Dynede Lab.

Customers must also ensure that their files or designs do not infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.

Prototypes and printed parts

3D printing and prototyping may involve normal manufacturing variations, including minor differences in dimensions, surface finish, colour, strength, and appearance.

We will aim to produce parts in accordance with the agreed design and requirements. However, no prototype or printed part should be used for an application requiring a level of performance that has not been specifically tested and agreed.
